Support
If a watermark, check or scan did not work as expected, include the email you signed up with and, if you have it, the certificate link (it starts with hallmarkai.org/v/). That lets us find the exact file and job. Billing questions are handled the same way; payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Partnerships and API
Detection, trust & safety and media platforms can use Hallmark's watermark and copy-matching signals through a REST API. API keys are self-serve on the developer page; for volume pricing or a pilot, email us with a short description of your use case.
Privacy and data requests
To access or delete your account and the files and registrations tied to it, email us from the address on the account. See the privacy policy for what we store and why.
