Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel your HALLMARK.AI subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by emailing miliuchenko.oleksii@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. If you have used 25 or fewer tokens, your purchase can be fully refunded (subject to the request process below). Returns are not available if more than 25 tokens were used during the eligibility period.

• After 14 days: Refund requests are considered at the sole discretion of HALLMARK.AI.
• Automatic renewals: Refundable if requested within 72 hours of the renewal charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email miliuchenko.oleksii@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID (found in your payment receipt)
• The email address used at checkout

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Payment Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Charges already disputed directly with your bank or card issuer (chargebacks)
• Purchases older than 14 days, unless approved at our discretion
• Accounts where more than 25 tokens have been used
